Abstract:	力山工業，全世界最大的工具機製造廠之一，生產的木工機及健身器材行銷世界70餘國，是股票上市公司也是ISO9001品質系統合格認證廠商，並已提供創新與高品質的產品與服務為目標。實習之重點在於發覺自身不足的技能，及早補強不足之處以減少犯錯機會，在職場上與同事、主管的相處更能讓自身逃離校園的同溫層，處理同件事利用不同的思維與態度，擴大自身的事業與價值觀。實習至今已有九個月，目前還在努力學習當中，希望透過這次的實習讓我更了解生產人員的相關知識，可以對我未來有所幫助。
