Abstract:	本實習報告書，介紹在來來超商實習的目的與動機，將這一年實習的經驗分享，以實習專題的寫作方式來說明校外實習就是離開了學校，去學習學校學不到的事情，能更見識更多事情，讓自己不要侷限於書本上的知識，在實習中會遇到許多的挫折，都要靠自己去克服需要培養勇敢的勇氣，在孤立無援的情況下，只能靠自己解決自己面對的問題。
