Abstract:	我所實習的地點是屋馬崇德有限公司，職位是早班內場實習生，屋馬燒肉總共有六間分店，分別是-園邸店(創始店)、文心店、中港店、國安店、崇德店ˋ中友店。 •實習期間內學會如何在內場備製餐點ˋ出餐，學習沙拉ˋ手作ˋ海鮮ˋ上醬ˋ爐火ˋ切肉ˋ修肉等職位，每個崗位難易度也有落差。 •實習結束後會考慮是否留任在實習單位，因為想挑戰更多不同的崗位，並且累積更多歷練，讓自己可以跟更多不同型態的人去做互動和溝通。
