| Abstract: | 校外實習是非常好體驗在職場工作的課程，可以讓我們快速累積工作經驗，學習到課堂內學習不到的知識與技能，也可以盡早融入職場生活熟悉環境，讓自己經歷過社會的磨練，把自己的實力壯大也可以拓展視野，還能檢視自己是否適合這個行業，讓自己的人生規劃做一個好的方向。
偈亭泡菜鍋在一中商圈算是元老級的老店至今20幾年，而我是在大里店實習，從110年9月至111年5月約8個月左右的時間，擔任的是晚班收班與外場服務人員，學習到專業的標準作業流程與顧客客訴的處理方式，對於未來在職場上的工作問題或是突發事件應變處理，加強自己工作能力，可以不慌不忙地把事件處理完畢。 |
