Abstract:	為增進學生面對大環境的挑戰與競爭力，校方在學習的過程中安排了此次三明治校外實習教學計畫，使我們提早接觸職場，能夠有效的利用學校資源，與接受老師、職場上的前輩指導與討論，減輕畢業後進入職場獨立面對的菜鳥壓力，在未來離開校園後，能比其他競爭者多一分競爭能力與經驗，表現良好的話也有可能於實習的公司中繼續留任，累積經驗，也不用擔心畢業即失業的窘境。
