Abstract:	本次校外實習課程選擇了利徠實業股份有限公司進行實習，目前擔任的職位是生管助理的實習生，主要工作內容為生產進度登記、庫存管控等工作。實習期間，讓我從工作中學到很多東西以及積累了很多社會經驗。其中包含了處事能力，社交能力。這些能力的應用，提升了我在實習期間的工作效率，讓我以後步入能快速的步入社會。最後，透過這次實習的機會，可以了解未來的自己是否適合這類行業。同時，也對自己的未來做好規劃。
