Abstract: 在國際上廣為人知的日本企業裡給人的刻板印象中是認真且嚴肅的工作環境,在日本企業裡就職是有很多事情必須要去探討的。日本是一個很注重長幼有序跟階級關係的國家,一些禮儀的文化是基本中的基本,而日本公司與台灣公司在職場的差異有明顯的區別。
