Abstract:	天工精密股份有限公司成立於1978年，主要產品為精密滾動體如滾珠,滾柱，創立至今一直以高精度、物超所值的產品為目標。目前在螺桿滑軌用滾珠或是微小滾珠的生產技術已與德國、日本等先進國家並駕齊驅，而且也能以合理的成本與完整的配套來服務客戶。目前天工精密已是台灣第一大之精密滾動體製造商，更是少數能生產製造軸承、汽車與航太工業用滾動體的廠家。目前每月生產出貨量可達到300公噸之數；同時特別專注於微小鋼珠(3.175mm)的生產製造。現在天工精密除提供服務給各行各業包括軸承、工具機、汽車、電子等客戶，未來更矢志成為「世界級精密鋼珠的提供者」為目標。在天工實習過程中，我從一個什麼都不懂的實習生變成可以掌控整個產線的正職人員。在天工我學到很多，包含與人的相處，如何拉近人與人之間的關係，遇到問題該如何解決等等。
