| Abstract: | 透過這次的實習機會，我選擇了在振宇五金股份有限公司開始了長達一年的實習，從112年的7月正式實習到113的6月結束，在振宇五金的工作主要是負責櫃檯的所有庶務，從大事接待貴賓、廠商，接外線客人的電話了解他們的需求，到訂便當、幫忙叫車的一些日常小事都是我們櫃台幫忙處理。
在這實習一年中，從什麼都不會的小菜鳥到做事變的游刃有餘的我，真的學到很多在學校不會接觸的事，像不太會跟陌生人對話的自己，到現在都能順其自然的對話和應對，對我來說是跨出了很大一步，也讓我在未來工作上也多了一份信心，如果有機會可以參加實習，不妨去試試看，得到的一定比你想像的多。 |
