Abstract:	我所實習的公司為台灣楓康超市，台灣楓康超市原名興農生鮮超市（於2008年10月1日更名為台灣楓康超市），成立於1988年，目前在台中、彰化、南投地區擁有45家直營據點，為台灣中部地區規模較大的連鎖超市。我在2008年五月進入楓康超市至今已近2年了，期間配合人力調動轉過兩次組別單位，在不同的單位用不同的角度做事情，這個機會讓我得到更多寶貴的經驗。
