Abstract:	我實習的單位是特力翠豐股份有限公司，特力屋-台中店，主要的工作內容為結帳收銀，收銀台的工作在一剛開始不太熟練時，會特別的謹慎、小心。幸運的是我有機會進服務台與每位同仁學習，工作的內容不一樣，要花費比在收銀台時更多倍的努力學習，在此會遇到形形色色的顧客，學習如何應對進退，在服務台的四個月裡，我學到了相當多的事情，由不同的角度去看待事務，心情的轉換很重要，這才是真正實習的意義。
