Abstract:	摩斯漢堡是由東元集團旗下的安心食品服務公司經營，於1990年11月創立。摩斯漢堡另在台灣成立子公司魔術食品，作為台灣摩斯漢堡的食材供應商。近幾年來於全台大規模展店，目前已躍居台灣第二大連鎖速食店，摩斯漢堡雖然在台灣的速食連鎖店中價位相對偏高，份量也略少，不過仍舊以日式的服務、精緻的口感以及健康概念的訴求獲得好評與支持。在摩斯漢堡的實習過程中，我從最基層的煮紅茶到收銀結帳、製作漢堡，及到接手早上值班，慢慢學習到摩斯漢堡內部行政之事，現在仍在學習中，清帳、發貨、調貨等事都得心應手，在這裡琢磨了我許多事。實習至今已有六個月，實習時數近946個小時，目前還在實習當中。
