Abstract:	沖壓加工是利用沖壓機械對薄板金屬施行沖剪、成型、彎曲、引伸和壓縮等加工，製成各種工業用及家庭用板金零件與製品。運用的範圍包括精密機械、飛機、汽車、機車、輪船、軍火、鐘錶、電機、電子、家電和家俱等諸多產品零件。近年來許多機械加工品、鑄件、壓鑄品及鍛造品已逐漸被沖壓品取代。在沖壓模具當中，因應不同的工件所以有不同的模具形式，有一般連續下料模、單次下模料、複合模、深抽引申模具和無斷面精密下料模。這次我們專題製作的研究主題係為「無斷面精密下料複合模」，這種模具開發成本較高且模具磨損率高，但是一次衝壓工程下，可減少後面數道工序加工，相對製程時間較短，工件加工品像較好，尺寸精密度高。
