Abstract: 本研究主要針對網路使用頻繁，且是未來消費主力的大學生進行研究，希望瞭解他們對網路交易的看法與擔心的地方，以作為未來企業進行網路銷售時的參考依據。
實證結果顯示，男性較女性有更高的意願來從事網路購物。另外，付款機制的設計，是否能讓消費者安心，及商品價格是否便宜都是消費者進行網路購物時最為關心的重點。
