Abstract:	本人三明治教學計畫實習到的公司為家樂福股份有限公司。實習日期為102年7月15日至103年5月30日止。專題中是彙整個人實習所見包含有公司介紹、門市運作流程及實習心得。在這段實習的時間對門市服務的了解有了更實際的體會，從接觸消費者到了解消費者的過程中，必須循序步驟，慢慢累積經驗學習，我體會到服務業上的艱難以及挫折，感謝同事們就像家人般的待我，在我遇到困難時給了我助力，在這實習過程當中有許多歡笑、淚水以及汗水，進而讓我體會到人與人之間相處的溫暖。
