Title: 棉花纖維在離子溶液中水解之研究

Abstract: 在石油即將用完之際,許多學者正在研究利用蘊藏豐富的纖維素資源,藉由水解的技術以得到葡萄糖,再經由葡萄糖的發酵而得到乙醇以代替石油,但植物纖維被木質素和半纖維素緊密的黏結著使得水解的效率不彰。 本研究係探討棉花纖維在離子溶液預處理瓦解結晶構造而溶於水,再以鹽酸來水解纖維素,將棉花纖維轉變為葡萄糖。依照不同的水解溫度、時間及鹽酸添加量,可得到不同的水解效果。其中發現在0.60mL濃HCl、100℃水解25分鐘可得到84.18%的還原醣。較激烈的水解條件會使得還原醣的溶液呈現黑色,且降低還原醣的含量
