Abstract: 本專題以PC作為基材,散熱粉BN與其他耐燃劑與増韌劑副原料為副基材,由文獻【1】指出SPC(35)的比例較好,因此選用SPC(35)的比例去實驗,並以同向性雙螺桿壓出機造粒製作出高效能導熱PC塑膠粒,再由射出成形機射出試片進行研究(本次研究中將此試片命名為SPC-0411,並在本報告中以SPC-0411代表試片)。在此實驗中利用同向性雙螺桿壓出機造粒,再由射出成形機製備出高效能導熱PC塑膠試片(SPC-0411),其測試UL94耐燃等級,耐衝擊試驗機測試其機械性質,熱傳導試驗裝置測試其熱傳導係數,由三種試驗得知結果。來由這三種試驗結果分析SPC-0411與市面上之相同產品之差別,市面上之相同產品,以美國Coolploy公司 E4505為比較的對象,且探討SPC-0411進行量產之可能性。
