Abstract:	本專題是以汽車減震零件為例研製其加工模具，首先以SolidWorks繪圖軟體建立其3D立體模型；其次再以附加於SolidWorks軟體中的IMOLD模具設計軟體，進行模具設計；設計完成後之公、母模穴零件再以PowerMILL模擬刀具參數及加工路徑，經檢查模擬加工路徑正確無誤後再轉換為CNC加工程序碼；最後，使用學校現有的CNC銑床搭配PowerMILL軟體轉出的CNC程式碼，完成模具加工。
