Abstract:	本專題為手機殼設計、3D列印與CNC開模製作，所使用的軟硬體分別為SolidWorks、Exchange及Powermill軟體及3D印表機與CNC 銑床。首先利用Solid Works設計手機殼成品並做3D列印。另外，進行機殼公母模3D實體設計，以IGS格式輸出，再利用Exchange軟體轉成DGK格式，經由Powermill讀取並設定刀具參數、進行加工路徑模擬及完成NC程式碼，經由亞崴CNC铣床加工出手機殼模具。最後經由實作及合模，確認機殼3D列印成品及CNC加工機殼公母模符合設計。
