Abstract:	機械工業是國家的經濟基礎，工具機產業又是機械發展的重要角色。工具機是台灣具有優勢的產業之一，面對全球市場的激烈競爭，台灣產業都投入大量財力與物力來培養人才，維持競爭力。我們4位組員都隨著中科計畫到中科的高鋒工業實習，一方面學習職場上的程式應用，一方面瞭解職場上的生態，並在實習中讓我們進一步了解到龍門機台的基本架構。這次的專題主要是進行龍門機台之實際應用、零件加工的實物設計規劃與剛性應力之分析，分析用不同的材質製作零件，並設計不同形式，進行多加比較所得到不同的剛性應力，這次我們聽從老師意見多設計了橫樑式的龍門铣床，並加以分析，找出兩種不同類型的龍門铣床的差異。
