Abstract:	近年來因地球暖化以及能源危機使大多數國家對環境保護和開發新能源越來越重視，尤其以風力發電和太陽能發電為主要核心。而台灣位屬於四面環海的國家，蘊含著豐富的海洋資源。於是我們認為可以藉由四面環海的優勢提出將太陽能板放置於海上進行發電。因此，本研究藉由綜合整理國內外的海洋生態評估指標與規範之相關文獻來審視浮動式太陽能板的環境影響評估之各項評估因子，並歸納分析國內與浮動式太陽能板影響評估相關之法律規範，進一步討論出太陽能板對環境所帶來的影響。
