Abstract:	校外實習的課程幫助學生提早體驗職場工作的各種經驗，同時也幫助學生增加職場上的應變力、競爭力等等，在實習中，學習工作上的自主性、自律性以及如何與主管、同事間的相處模式，還有各種突發狀況都是在學校所遇不到的經驗，這些經驗不僅幫助我們提升應辦能力之外，也能在處事-心態上有所成長、幫助，這也就是實習最重要的主旨，為將來畢業後，踏入職場前做準備。
