Abstract:	實習單位為竹坑營區店，實習期間:110年 7 月 1 日至111年 5 月 31 日，這是我第一個門市服務的工作，對於來來超商有很多的好奇和新鮮，剛開始學習收銀覺得有一點點辛苦，一下團購、一下換購商品、還要問是否有要買袋子，很緊張深怕漏掉什麼，但漸漸久了之後就習慣了，慢慢習慣後才明白原來有好多方法可以使用。實習讓人學到更多經驗，但更多的是擁有更好的自己，用簡單的心去服務，只是想給客人能開心的來消費而開心地走出，這令我心情愉悅，也使我更有成就感。
