Abstract:	在這一年在7-11草湖門市的實習過程中，在這裡學習到了如何與客人溝通、如何妥善利用想法增加門市銷售量，如何妥善利用經營理念為門市帶來效益，系上給了我們各種實習機構讓學生們去實習、了解工作上的營運與方式，讓我們提早熟悉往後工作上所會面臨到的問題，更能讓我們早點熟悉職場，早點踏入職場也是對未來工作上是一個很大的幫助，實習不僅僅只是一個工作，更能讓大家找到自己往後對於工作所抱有的憧憬與嚮往，不管是什麼性質的職業親自體驗才知道適不適合，也可以培養自己的抗壓性與面對問題的應變及處理的能力。
