Abstract:	本次校外實習課程選擇了偈亭泡菜鍋雙十總店進行實習，目前擔任的職位是内場二助，主要的工作內容切菜，準備食材和煮食.在實習期間，讓我從中學習到了很多新的社會經驗.其中包含了處事能力還有食材的分辨等，都是值得我必學的技能之一.當中，我也改變了我的生活習慣，在每天上班前都會規劃好我的工作時間表來增加我的工作效率.同時，也提升我自己的能力.最後，藉此實習的機會，可以提早熟悉職場及了解未來的自己是否適合這類行業.同時，也為自己的未來做好事前的準備！
