Abstract:	本次我們想製作一個可以判斷物體表面之鍍膜。我們藉由一些使用過的金屬以及設備，拼湊出一個可以量測水滴角度的儀器，使用接觸角測試儀來測試物品表面特性，由水滴的角度分析使用材質表面的疏油及疏水程度，得以判斷產品表面防水及防汙力，因某些特殊產品表面經特殊處理過後，導致肉眼無法分辨鍍膜之後是否能夠達到產品所標示的防水及防汙標準或檢查人員一天必須要看上千片的商品，有可能會有視覺疲勞，導致產品品質可能會參差不齊的問題，如果我們有儀器可以通過量測水滴角得知準確的數據，並且能減少不良品以及產品生產過程的成本浪費，也可以幫助產品提升性能，以利日後研發。
