Abstract:	這次實習是與系上配合的模式去實習，這次來到了知名的足體養生館來實習，就是春不荖足體養生會館，個人實習的分店是中港行館在台中的台灣大道上，實習時間是簽約一年，從111年07月01日開始，要到112年05月15日，本人上班時間是早上10點到下午18點30分，有時候遇到假期或者是假日的時間上班時間則是9點30分到18點整，在實習的這段時間我覺得最大的收穫是人脈，在這邊我認識到了很多出社會的人士，而且都是在外歷練很久的人，所以從他們身上學了解到很多社會的眉角，還有最重要的是，在有一些師傅身上學習到一些最基本且表面的按摩技術，因為常常在旁邊看師傅按客人感覺很厲害所以就會在旁邊偷偷學起來，然後幫朋友按摩看看是不是舒服的，最方便的是如果肌肉痠痛的時候還可以問問看師傅可以怎麼按緩解一下身體的不適。
