Abstract:	本研究探討倉庫設計與管理問題，首先考慮倉庫位置設立問題，以往文獻使用運輸規劃解決訂單分配問題，但是此法只有考慮設立及運輸成本，因為倉庫設立數目會影響揀貨距離，本研究提出同時考慮運輸成本及揀貨距離之整合非線性整數規劃以求解倉庫位置設立問題，接著使用模擬分析不同倉庫放置策略及人力資源規劃對於倉庫運作績效的差異，最後使用OptQuest優化參數。
