Abstract:	電位轉換器電路的數位電路，包括一具有第一和第二電流源電晶體的電流鏡，配置此電流鏡，以基於輸入訊號給輸出節點提供一輸出訊號。而具有電流鏡結構的準位移位器電路，在靜止或關閉狀態期間，可產生一不可忽略的漏電流。因此，配置一漏電流控制電路，用以維持第一和第二電流源電晶體在“關”狀態以回應輸出訊號。但是，此電路仍然產生一微小的漏電流。一耦接到輸出節點的輸出補償電路，配置此電路，以基於輸出訊號的準位，來維持輸出節點的電壓準位。
