Abstract:	這次研究的主題是中部平價義大利麵店，我們搜尋了幾家人氣高，價位中等(100-250)的義大利麵餐廳，並作菜色介紹和裝潢介紹，由每個組員各點一道不同的菜色，有時也有介紹特色小菜，如披薩、麵包之類的，然後每個人依自己吃過的感想，包括麵條口感、醬汁、份量作評價，在放到資料中，給沒有去吃過的消費者們一個參考，因為主要族群不是高階消費族群，所以我們也特地的蒐集了各家店的折扣和促銷方式，讓想吃美食預算不高的消費者有一個很好的方向，另外也將義大利麵基本的幾樣要素，作一個簡單的介紹，例如義大利麵的起源，麵的種類，醬汁的種類，也都作了一個統整，讓喜愛義大利麵美食的消費者可以更簡單的了解義大利麵。
