Abstract:	在工作職場中每一日都會有不同的變化，如何解決當下或下一秒的問題，靠著的不是手中的教科書，而是一天、一個月、甚至半年的工作經驗。在參與實習當下我抱著期待卻深怕失敗而前進，人天生或許就是要懂得如何學習、懂得堅強面對事物，在學習過程中沒有人天資聰穎、天生愚笨，所有人都由基礎做起。實習讓我了解，如何以正職員工去學習去成長，眾人常說的出社會往往帶來的是該如何學習成長面對殘酷，實習讓我慢慢接近了社會，殘酷人人都要經歷，當經歷後卻要懂得堅強，堅強在人人之中卻不是都能面對得。
