Abstract:	在現代國際化的社會中，只學習學校的專業知識是不夠的，走入職場、親身體驗，才能夠真正的了解職場。而政府推動了「建教合作教育」政策，就是希望學子在學習學校的專業課程之外，還能夠在校外學習到更多的實務經驗，並且學以致用，以利於畢業後能快速融入職場。　　本文內容是在介紹實習的單位、實習內容、實習單位和其他同業的公司的SWOT分析，以及實習心得和對實習單位的建議。
