Abstract: 開發螺旋藻培養技術,因螺旋藻與其他藻類比較,具高葉綠素含量、生長週期短、光合作用高;另外,螺旋藻具有生質油源可行性、二氧化碳減量、高附加價值的生物化學品(DHA)生產、生物放電等特點。因此本研究探討螺旋藻培養的溫度、氮源對螺旋藻成長之影響,長時間生物放電能力;由實驗設計法中找尋螺旋藻最佳培養條件。由實驗結果得到最佳培養條件為:使用ZARROK培養基14.68g/L (含0.125g/L尿素、3.125g/L NaNO3)、30˚C、40W日光燈照射下,每50mL螺旋藻,收集生物量為0.554g/L;7h放電過程,可收集總庫侖為0.42 C、電壓維持在0.26 V。由此可知,利用螺旋藻進行生物能源應用,深具可行性。
