Abstract:	身為人力資源發展系創立三年以來第二屆實習生，系主任積極推動暑期校外實習，目的莫過於，給予學生所學之概論結合實務運用的空間，以培養出經營管理以及組織變革、創意思考的人力資源專家。進入了「矽品精密股份有限公司(SPIL)-人力資源處薪資課」學習，將重心置於薪酬管理與績效考核。將對以下各章節內容作為介紹與探討，封測產業之簡介與趨勢；實習公司-「矽品精密股份有限公司(SPIL)」之簡介與現況；薪資課之組織與成員；督導人員之介紹與職掌；實習期間之工作內涵；實習成果之心得與建議。
