Abstract:	實習內容以台灣地區的量販業愛買為對象，在經由量販店的指標『雜貨課』來了解商品陳列、擺設、運作模式等，以及面對客人如何應對進退，並瞭解愛買的商品與如何處理顧客問題的情況。愛買成立於1990年，由遠東百貨轉投資成立，愛買在全台共有19家分店，員工達3000人。未來遠東集團將投入更多資金，計畫增開數家分店，積極提升擴大市場佔有率，並整合集團內部資源，發揮綜效，企業前景無限。藉由實習這個機會真實地去貼近、感受在這現實的社會環境中所需要的真正需求，希望能在實習過程中學習如何接觸來自不同背景的人，也磨練自己的技巧與能力。
