Abstract:	因為學校的實習讓我在100年7月開始加入了全家便利商店，一開始在教育訓練店2個月努力的學習，才可以讓我成為獨當一面的正職人員。當初會選擇全家便利商店作為我的實習廠商是因為以前就常到全家便利商店買東西，以下是我整理出喜歡全家便利商店的重點： 1. 全家便利商店整體消費環境很舒適，服務人員的態度良好。 2. 全家便利商店是標榜著「最好服務」。 3. 全家便利商店不定時會有優惠活動，回饋顧客。 4. 全家便利商店的員工相處都很融洽，也很喜歡教導別人可以更快的融入全家這個大家庭。在這邊真的學到了很多待人處的態度，以及如何調整心情去對待每一個人，進而將在這所學的帶入以後的職場裡
