Abstract:	服務業中最重要是態度，面對客人必須一直維持著微笑，以「微笑永遠不打烊」為服務態度。慢慢的熟悉店鋪後，體會到門市職員能力不能有限，要懂得多、資訊需吸收的快，對於工作更不能有一絲馬呼。實習期間讓我了解，如何以正職員工去學習去成長；如何學習面對問題。
