Abstract:	本次三明治教學計畫實習公司為統一星巴克股份有限公司的星巴克中友門市。實習日期為100 年7 月01 日至101 年5 月15 日止，目前截至101 年4 月，實習時數大約1 千多個小時。中友門市位於一中商圈，中友百貨下，即為台中市三民路。主要為咖啡飲品與咖啡相關設備等銷售服務，並甄選優秀人才進行教育訓練，提供消費者高品質的咖啡與服務，提供消費者在居家與辦公室之外，一個品嚐咖啡的第三個好去處。在實習期間對門市銷售服務有更深一層的體認，親近消費者，發現消費者需求，並滿足其需求，這些不僅是課本上的理論，更是服務業最主要的根本。
