Abstract:	我實習的單位是錠嵂保險經紀人股份有限公司，公司成立於錠嵂創立於錠嵂創立於錠嵂創立於錠嵂創立於錠嵂創立於 1985 年，深耕台灣已長達年，深耕台灣已長達年，深耕台灣已長達年，深耕台灣已長達 25 年的歷史，為台灣規模最大保險經紀人年的歷史，為台灣規模最大保險經紀人年的歷史，為台灣規模最大保險經紀人年的歷史，為台灣規模最大保險經紀人公司，現公司，現公司，現階段擁有超過二千多位專業保險經紀人，營據點貫穿全台灣。工作實習中，我工作內容分別為，1.家庭保障。2.醫療規劃。3.意外保障。4.投資理財。5.退休規劃。實習期間從民國100年7月1日至101年5月15日，實習過程中，除了服務自己原本認識的朋友之外，最重要的就是陌生客戶的認識與經營，了解到如何與客戶溝通，發現客戶的需求，與如何讓客戶相信你，這些都是非常寶貴的經驗，實習結束後，不管是否會繼續這份工作，都對我未來的工作計畫有所幫助。
