Abstract:	本次專題主要以行流系E103物流中心與實習商店實習室建構實習手冊，配合相關理論與實際的軟硬體設施，讓學生更明白實習的操作流程。其內容包括了下列幾點： 1.學生實習商店-此部分主要是以模擬商店為例，讓學生體驗銷售，練習操作收銀機檯，考取門市服務丙級證照。 2.營運總部-此部份是運作傳輸及批次管理系統、採購進貨資料管理及銷售管理分析將各部門的資訊需求互相傳遞。 3.物流中心-此部分主要是以物流中心的電腦輔助揀貨系統為主。透過此系統了解整個物流中心揀貨作業。
