Abstract:	學校幫本科系四年級學生設計了三明治教學計劃，計劃內容是讓大四的學生能增加一些實務的經驗，為將來進入職場提早做準備，為期十個月的實習生活，並依照實習時數分成兩階段，第一階段從7月份到12月份時數600小時，第二階段從1月份到5月份時數450小時。　在實習這段時間我是在7-11的加盟店中投店新中投企業有限公司實習，我是上早班從七點到下午三點，每天上班時數為八小時，這段時間因為都上早班的，所以早起這件事對我來說已不是困難的事了，在7-11的期間我也學到如何去和顧客接觸和應對，以及在不同的環境下要如何的適應，提升自己的工作經驗和工作能力。
