Abstract:	本研究探討修平科技大學學生創造力人格、創業態度與創業意向之關聯性。採用量化問卷調查方式進行，共回收有效問465 份，經ANOVA、相關分析，研究發現創造力人格之原創性對於創業態度所有構面都是呈現顯著關係；而創業態度對創造力人格與創業意向具有部分中介效果。此外，42%的學生想要創業，學生的性別、就讀院所、工作經驗、家中人是否有創業對於創業態度各構面之間具有顯著的差異。
