Abstract:	我所實習的單位是安心食品股份有限公司(摩斯漢堡-豐原店)，從 1990 年被東元集團引進台灣，一步一腳印的經營至今，已經成為了台灣人心目中的高檔速食連鎖店餐廳，日系風格的摩斯漢堡在摩斯精神的堅持之下已經成為台灣速食連鎖企業三巨頭。在摩斯漢堡實習過程中，了解了在這邊真的學到了很多待人處世的態度，心情的調適等。更以這些學習做為未來的警惕以及經驗，讓我即將迎接下一份美好的事業。
