Abstract:	本專題是為了讓自行車騎士在騎乘的過程中，智慧型手機可以保持在一定的電力。主要因為現在全球議題討論最熱烈的幾乎都是如何讓全球暖化改善?馬上可以想到節能減碳，以自行車和大眾運輸工具代替汽、機車的使用，現代人以自行車代步的人數逐漸增加，而現代智慧型手機往往很容易沒有電力，如果用自行車做長途旅行時，途中智慧型手機和行動電源都沒有電力，這樣會錯過很多美麗的風景照或者找不到到達目的地的方向，因此想到設計一套自行車充電與儲能系統。藉由次專題學習到8051的C語言撰寫和穩壓電路的機構。
