Abstract:	乾燥劑是一種從大氣中吸收潮氣的除水劑，乾燥劑的乾燥原理就是通過物理方式將水分子吸附在自身的結構中或通過化學方式吸收水分子並改變其化學結構，變成另外一種物質。溼氣的管控是與良率是息息相關的。以食品而言，在適當的溫度和溼度下，食物中的細菌、黴菌便會以驚人的速度繁殖，使食物腐壞，造成受潮及色變。而電子產品也會因溼度過高造成金屬氧化，使得良品產生不良。因此如何保持乾燥是非常重要的。其中產品包裝中放入乾燥劑就是為了產品包裝中的溼度，防止產品敗壞及色變。
