Abstract:	在職場工作與人的互動是很重要的一門課題，在學校無法深入學習到，即便老師用心教導，可能限於理論上的說法，若能直接到職場上體驗，就有較多的感觸；因此在求學期間，至職場先進行校外實習，不但可以將來在職場上的人際關係的修維可以更順暢，同時對一個企業如何在組織面、技術面及管理面都須面面俱到的思維，可以更具體實際，使可以將學校的理論及實習單位的實務做更清楚的對照與整合。
