Abstract:	本專題主要目的如下：(1)學習生態農耕法種植蔬果(2)研究生態農耕法種植的秋季蔬果其生長特性(3)了解生態農耕法蔬菜之成長曲線(4)分析生態農耕蔬果與傳統農法蔬菜其 pH 值和硝酸鹽含量之差異。生態農法其產量少、銷售困難、花費成本高，造成生態農法的實施困難。若選用季節時疏、適當輪耕與間作產量自然增加；若能讓人理解到生態蔬果的優點，銷售及成本的問題也得到改善，若有人教導相關知識，便可把理念拓展開來，使環境一步一步地回歸。
