Abstract:	【物品用途】　　本創作係有關於一種「餐具組（四）」，尤其是指一種可同時提供多種取用食物之方式而供選擇之餐具組（四）造型創新設計者。【創作特點】　　請參照全部附圖所示，本創作之「餐具組（四）」係具有一可供握持之桿體，桿體之第一端接設有一扁平狀之叉具，可供叉取食物，而桿體之第二端則接設有一略呈橢圓形半球殼狀之匙具，可供舀取食物。　　藉此，桿體及其二端所接設之叉具與匙具將可產生風格獨具之視覺效果，同時也提供一從未見於任何先前技藝中而獨特出眾之外觀設計。
