The design method of the combination of the grey theory and ZigBee wireless network technology to construct a power demand controller is proposed in this paper. Using a grey predictor to predict the power errors of the power consumption system, which can be used to adjust the power energy of the system. Because of its good features such as low power consumption, low transmission rate and low cost, ZigBee can be flexibly applied in the industrial operation environment. This paper combines Visual Basic program for the graphic control, PHP program for network remote monitoring and MySQL database to construct the real time supervisory system.
A small scale teaching system for remote control and monitoring power consumptions is constructed, and some preliminary experimental results are also given for verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.
