摘要: The majority of colleges and universities have increased international exposure at their institutions because education internationalization has been a policy of Ministry of Education in Taiwan. It is no longer a debated objective for most institutions. What remains debated in Taiwan, however, is that many institutions emphasize to promote students’ language ability. The evaluation of institutional initiatives in internationalization is somehow by the numbers of international cooperation agreements.

This study was conducted based on literature review. The literature review was used in analyzing the relevant contents of internationalization of higher education. The purpose of this study was to aim at the investigation (a) the reasons and the primary goals for education; (b) the approaches for curriculum internationalization; (c) the methods for faculty internationalization; (d) anticipated resistance and conflict for implementation of internationalization. The conclusion of this study offered recommendations for faculty internationalization and curriculum internationalization
